How to book your private lessons
Read the instructions below and complete your selected booking at the bottom of the page.
Private tennis lessons are offered in partnership with the City of Vancouver. Booking private lessons requires you complete payment through the City of Vancouver’s ActiveNet website before you complete your booking through Summer Smash.
You will need to create an ActiveNet account if you do not already have one to complete payment.
STEP 1 (Done ✅)
Choose a private lesson package on our website that works for your schedule. You can book 1, 2, or 4 week packages with lessons reserved for the same day, time, and location, with the same coach, across the number of chosen weeks for scheduling purposes.
STEP 2 (Complete Below👇)
Click the payment link that matches your group size (choose from 1-6 students) from the event information tab of chosen your lesson package. See screenshot below:
Select the link with the correct number of attendees. See screenshot below:
STEP 3 (Pay on ActiveNet)
Complete payment by logging into your City of Vancouver ActiveNet account after clicking the payment link.
STEP 4 (Complete Booking)
Return to our site and continue from where you left off at the booking link below.
You will select number of participants, enter your attendee info, and upload the receipt sent to your email from City of Vancouver to complete your booking on our website. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email to your inbox.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that lesson times, location, and coach are set in advance for each booking. We cannot accommodate cancellations or unavailability unless due to an extenuating circumstance such as illness or injury. We require 48 hours notice for any extenuating circumstances that prevent students from being able to attend a lesson.
It is your responsibility to commit to a series of dates that work for your schedule ahead of time out of consideration for our coaches. We cannot accommodate custom bookings based on unexpected travel or work. Please pick individual dates or a shorter series of lessons if you are unsure of your availability.
